Februari | Een Winters Weekend

Wakker worden deze ochtend met een winters landschap! gewoon hier bij mij thuis op de negende etage. Nog voor het boodschappen doen ben ik wat spullen aan het uitzoeken. De sleutelhangers in de vorm van hartjes met pailletten zijn door mij gemaakt net zoals en bijna niet te zien zwarte baby slofjes, de kleine pompom in zacht roze. Naast wat vondsten van het strand zoals stenen en schelpen. Ik pak ze altijd op, het is de vorm of de kleuren die mij aanspreken. Net zoals kleine schilderijtjes van de vlooienmarkt, een klein bontje. Ik kan ze niet laten liggen. Ook een favoriet, de Nederlandse Vogue Living en binnenkort komt weer een nieuwe editie uit. Het is een mooi blad die ik graag in huis heb om doorheen te bladeren en de mooie interviews te lezen. Ach, dit zijn de momenten waar ik van hou.

Waking up this morning with a wintery landscape! right here at my home on the ninth floor. Before doing my errands for the weekend I enjoy to display my trinkets, just to look at them. The key chains in the shape of a heart with sequins are made by me and just a glimps, black baby booties and the little pompom in a soft pink hue. Next to rocks and shells from the beach. I always pick them up, it is the form or the colors that appeal to me. Just like small paintings from the flea market, or this piece of a fur lining. Also a favourite the Dutch Vogue Living, and a new edition is coming out again. It is a beautiful magazine and actually it should be a monthly publication. The little details in life, just what I like.
