~In To The Woods & Autumnal Early Signs~

...on Sunday, wonderful sunrays, a soft perceptible cool breeze and all the beauty that nature has to offer. On our way to the watermill (first image) we discovered: this staircase, and again I love the sunrays through the trees. Where those stairs leads too, I don't know... beautiful, it almost covered with a blanket of leaves. Edges with deep green moss, faded blackberry bushes, and flowers in beautifully magenta..

...when we arrived it was difficult for me to take a picture because the sun shines full on the mill. So the result was an overexposed pic (ah well, the work of an amateur). But this is a wonderful and solid machine. This mill was built in 1725 as a paper mill. In 1944 the mill was damaged by acts of war. In 1995, a foundation created and has ensured that it has been restored in 1999. The mill uses water from local springs...

...during our route, quite surprisingly this chicken coop with fresh eggs from happy chickens, 20 cents each. And just in time, allmost passing by this beautiful huge mushroom. Yes, I was looking for this and to me the first signs of autumn in full splendor...
