~In My Home Town, Under The Bridge~

...the festivities are long gone and everything is back to his normal do. My favorite place was surely here at the Waal. Where people created a cozy atmosphere and therefore the rush elsewhere in the city quickly forgot. When I walked around I enjoyed the self-created seats, and curious about what those two gentlemen had to offer. To my surprise, the man with the converted firetruck put a record on and great jazz music coming from the loudspeakers. This I haven't heard during my walk. Well, this is my cup of tea and so I ordered something to drink, sat down on a public bench, I've listened to the music and enjoyed the surroundings on a perfect day...
(The other one who was standing by with the decorated trolley, used this for baking pancakes. Haven't tasted them, but his presentation looks good)

  1. Yesterday was a national festivity here in Switzerland but there are no such beautiful places and markets like in Holland, just sausages and beer! :-)))))
Wow, your photos are always beautiful, Audrey. You have captured an incredible color. I'm a big fun of vintage items.
Glad to hear you have enjoyed.

  3. Hoi Audrey,

    Groet, Jenny
